Machines of production including : + Cutting machines. + Some material of « joinery type » : circular saws, surface planning  machines, planing machines, spindle planning machines. + Some material of « mechanical-unit type » : classical lathes,          C.N. lathes,milling machines, C.N. manufacturing centers,  classical drilling machines and C.N. multipin drilling machine, and so on. + Some varied material : machines for fusing, machines for stamping.

A group of materials for the control of dimensions and roughness in an air-conditionned room. A computer of complete management including production assistance. A specific technical computer material for the calculation of some pieces (Selection screws, barrels for electroplating) as well as CAD/CAM.

Machined plastics, because it is a matter of manufacturing and not injection, aim at all users of small and medium sets, and so at an industrial custom. In an other way, the plastic material, because it has very diversified applications, is also used by a great number of industrial sectors (Chemistry, electronics, handling, bottling, engineering, glass factories, galvanoplasty, air conditioning, pumps, bio-food, medical field...)

As a consequence, DORLON is in touch with a great number of firms which are representative of a very large part of the industrial fabric.

DORLON is not only a subcontractor, able to give technical assistance but works also in the research and development of :

+ Conveying equipment for handling, packing and bottling machines.
+ Barrels and cylinders of electroplating applications.

Because of the fact that DORLON doesn't work directly with the motor industry, the parts manufacturers, aeronautics or the army, companies which fundamentally have sets which are incoherent with the technology of the manufacturing of plastics, it hasn't requested specific amenities. DORLON is commited to the ISO 9002 Quality standard.
